We are often asked why the poll is not displayed for some users. Unfortunately, this question is not so easy to answer, because the reasons can often be different.

The most common cause is a browser plugin that the user has installed individually. This plugin then blocks the loading process of the poll and the user is thus prevented from participating in the poll. Such a plugin could be for example: uBlock Origin. Unfortunately, there are also many other plugins on the market, but we cannot list every plugin for every browser here.

Of course, there could be other reasons for not displaying the poll. It is always good to know which browser the user is using and, as already mentioned, which plugins are installed. Mozilla Firefox also blocks our polls in the Incognito-mode, because this mode has the security setting "Strict" by default enabled.

If you can't find out the cause yourself, we are of course happy to help with words and deeds under support@pinpoll.com.
